A Tara approach
Meaningful without making promises the practice cannot keep.
Every session is a conversation first. Traditional systems and spiritual practices can be meaningful ways of reflection, but they do not remove uncertainty or replace qualified professional care where that is needed.
01Bring the question that is actually yours
You do not need to arrive with a perfectly worded question. You can bring a situation, a decision, a relationship dynamic, a period of uncertainty or simply a feeling that you cannot quite name. The session begins by finding the question underneath the question.
02What a reading can offer
Tarot can help you slow down and notice themes you may be overlooking: what you are holding onto, where a boundary is needed, what deserves attention, or what you may be ready to release. Jyoti explains the cards in context and leaves space for you to decide what is useful.
03A grounded, confidential approach
Tara avoids presenting a reading as an unavoidable future. Life is more complicated than a spread of cards, and your choices matter. The aim is to create perspective, not fear, dependency or dramatic certainty.
04You can come back to a reading
A good tarot reading does not have to answer every possible question in one sitting. Sometimes the most valuable thing is a sentence or image that stays with you for a few days and changes the way you look at a choice. Keeping a short note after the session can help you notice what continues to feel meaningful.
